What Is Your Favourite New Blend and Why?

I had two bowls of Peterson's (Dunhill) Flake today & I must say I was delightfully surprised, definitely a new favourite.
jiminks tobacco reviews sums it up perfectly a perfect light VA sweet and citrusy with grassy & earthy undertones. A welcome addition to my favourites. As a flake they are well shaped & need no drying before they can be rammed into the bowl, with a few pokes & stokes from your poker tool, and give a tasty long smoke, sipping with as few relights as you want, a classic blend indeed.

That changes with the time of day and date. But my go to blends are Pembroke, PS Luxury Twist, and BigWoolie "Old Dad"

My favourite new blend is Cornell and Diehl Carolina Red Flake, I only have 3 more tins in my cellar though so I'm gonna have to go easy on them.

I'm a big fan of Dunhill Flake as well, it's a great Virginia?. Dunhill Dark Flake is amazing as well.

My two favorite new blend both come from Mc Baren, Amphora Kentucky and Burley blends,great value and quality

Favorite new blend is RB plug, sweet and floral. Definitely not what I was expecting and really stood out to me over the other lakeland blends.

Seattle Pipe Club Potlatch does not seem to be among their top sellers, but I find it mellow and rich flavored, one of these blends with about six different tobaccos that manages to bring them together in harmony and still give an exciting smoke.

Since I've put away my Esoterica for a while, my favorites lately has been a mix of Gawith Hoggarth 50% Dark Plug, 25% Latakia and 25% Exclusive Black Cherry.

I gather OP is asking for favorite blends new to the smoker, not blends that are new (since Dunhill Flake, his new favorite, has been around for a while). For me, it'd be Holly's Non Plus Ultra, 2001 vintage! ?

Cornell and Diehl Easy Times. I'm really into the Dark Fired Kentucky genre right now and I love the tin art, so I gave it a try. It's a really simple blend but has a nice pinch to it.

Galloping Gertie from SPC might be my favorite so far this year. Hansom Flake as well is a great blend IMO. The XX anniversary blends from smoking pipes are also as good as advertised and I can see why they sold out.

Pretty new to me and my current favorite is C&D Oriental Silk. It's a pretty strong blend which I favor. When I went to re-order, it was out of stock. So ordered a totally new to me blend, Orion's Arrow. Won't dip into that til the OS is gone, though.

Right now it's a tie between GH&C American Delight and GH&C Happy Bogie Unsliced. Both are just so satisfying.

I've got some Arrango Balkan Supreme and Sutliff Ready Rubbed Match to try so we'll see if it changes.
