I purchase a shit ton of the blends I like. I cellar not so much to age the tobacco like some primadonna, I just buy a shit ton so I don't have to worry about buying it again.... For a very long time.

I have around 335 different blends, 201 pounds, 24% Virginia's, 10% Va/Per and 14% VA/Lat/Or.
I tried to cover all types of blends and varieties. Years of smoking bliss.

I've got about 30 blends as the majority of my cellar, mostly Virginia flakes. But the biggest quantity of one blend is about 3.75 lbs of Shortcut to Mushrooms. And I have close to 30 lbs. at my current smoking rate that should last me till I'm 65-70 years old.

I have 1 tin of Warhorse ready rubbed "cellared" right now. Everything else gets opened and smoked. I have NO room for cellaring at the moment. I'll be picking up some Virginias and VaPers here and there to stash but will have to wait a bit for the day I have my own weight in tobacco just laying around slowly improving.

The most I have of any one genre is Tabac-Manil Semois. After that, I'm all variety. From Seattle Pipe Club to Edward G. Robinson and back. Mixing tobaccos. Flake, coin, various cuts. Va/Per, English, burley blends, a few aromatics, and so on. I'm a moderate smoker, so though I don't have much poundage, I need to stop buying and open a few more tins. I can always think of something else to order. Sigh.

I have close to 300 pounds spread across 35 blends. I am betting my flakes become valuable if I don't smoke it all leaving a valuable stash for my kids
Coulda used the same money for things much more valuable than consumables, but good luck.

I have about 9-10 lbs, spread over ... hum... way too many different blends! 90+

Like mso said, I can always think of something new to buy. At some point I bought lots of aros so I have about 30% aros that are, beside some that I really enjoy like Virginia Cream and Autumn Evening, the rest is now just sitting there,

I have about 40-50% of English and the rest is Va-Vaper, which I am starting to like more and more!

I have several blends (probably 25) that I have tried along the way since I started back in 2011. I have focused more on flake such as PS LBEF and FVF and an aro I like, but have small jars of single varieties as well.

With the FDA fear looming, I've doubled my cellar. Now I have two tins. Warhorse AND ODF. :P

I don't have enough tobacco on hand to consider it a cellar. It's more of a footlocker at the moment. Some of you guys have more tobacco than many of the B&M's I've been to.

The basic reason I started to cellar was to have aged blends to enjoy without paying a premium to have them. This represents a bet that I won't croak out before I get to enjoy them. It was also inevitable that the regulatory shit would eventually hit the spinning blades, so there wasn't a compelling argument to procrastinate if I wanted to continue to enjoy this habit.
I have enough to last me 10 to 15 years at the rate that I smoke, which is 1 to 3 bowls a day and sometimes nothing for days or weeks at a time. I'm more likely to run out before my tobacco runs out.
I've got roughly 60 blends in amounts varying from a single tin to 4-5 lbs. Most of the blends are at 1-2 lbs. I'd guess the total at about 100+ lbs, a shameful amount. I'll buy the occasional tin now and then, but I'm done with any stocking up for the foreseeable future.

Me, I just had the problem with all of this extra money laying about, so I started just converting it into tobacco. Why the hell not, right? Now, I've taken care of the money problem, but what the heck do I do with 250+lbs of tobacco?

Just when I was starting to cut down on how much I smoke... I've got to up my game to get rid of all of this before I die.

These are ones of which I have multiples. The varieties are about a third of the catalog so to speak, but the others might just be single tins or doubles... one to open, one to save for later. Logically I'm good for my basics. Irrationally... all these new, exciting, and/or endangered species blends make me seriously crazy, acquisitive, panicked, like Hyde to Jekyll... I pass out, and when I reawake later, the UPS men was just there, there are new boxes from spc on the porch, and my wife is beet-red... and not in the good way.

The amounts some of you guys are mentioning here just blows my mind ...

200-300 lbs ... 100-150 kg, WTH? It's about twice my f*** weight, sorry for my French.

@Cosmic : I can definitely help with that, anything you want to get rid of, I am not regarding. Can I send you my address in PM? I'll take care of the postage ... 8)

My cellar has a variety of just about everything, as far as types of blends. But it's nowhere near where I want it to be. I might calm down on trying different blends, as there are a few blends that I really want to make sure I always have on hand. Those blends being, McClelland Balkan Blue, Hearth and Home Black House, Rattray's Bagpiper's Dream, McClelland Navy Cavendish, Lane BCA, and my latest favorite Black Frigate. There are a few other's I would like to be sure to have more of, of course, but those mentioned are the first to come to mind and I always want to have them on hand.
