A little of both, I believe. Natural Virginia sugars plus a lightly sweet casing. I don't think it is any flavour in particular but probably just a sugar addition of some kind.
All of the above, plus fermented unicorn tears.
If you enjoy LBF fresh cellar some. It gets even better with age, noticeably sweeter and fuller after a year.
When it’s young, the center of cavendish adds most of the sweetness. Give it 3 or more years of age and the Virginia’s really pop and it then has a wonderful flavor. I smoke it often and each year I buy a pound and put it away. I stated this 3 years ago and now I am able to enjoy it aged.

Yeah it's fresh, So it's probably the Cavendish then I guess. I did buy a pound and put most of it in mason jars.
Thanks for the recommendation for the LTF, I'll be putting an order in soon and I'll give that a try as well.
