My oldest out of production tobacco is this tin of Sweet Cloud. I purchased it at an antique shop about 2 years ago for $5, sadly it was already opened when I purchased it. I have not smoked any of it and have no intention on smoking any of it.

Currently Available. I have some jarred from 2014. Assumed it extinct since Karam mentioned it. Great blend. Glad it’s still around.
It is extinct, as in no longer made. SP.com carries it still but its been removed from MacBarren’s page and European shops for at least 1.5 years. Shame, among the best damn blends I’ve ever smoked. Apparently it’s its downfall was lack of focus, which could be explained given it contained about every leaf under the sub.
Seriously, i am looking at these tins, they have 2 years of age on them already and wondering when to pop one.

The oldest out of production tins that I have are G. Smith & Sons - Old London Export Mixture from the early 80s. A benchmark oriental/virginia blend that no one really talks about.

With the exception of Toasted Black Cav. and Heirloom Cherry, I have at least one tin of each Drew Estate blend (there were eight total). I do love all of them, especially Grand Central and Gatsby Luxury Flake. Off the top of my head, the only others I can recall are Sutliff French Quarter and Dunhill Aperitif (delicious!), but I know there are a couple others hiding in there somewhere. Conspicuously absent are any McClelland blends; I didn't get into pipe smoking until after they called it quits.

I've got 3 tins each of the Dunhill 221b Baker Street, Ready Rubbed and Ye Olde Signe. I don't think these are available under the Peterson brand.
A box each of the 2 Eric Stokkebye Blend Of The Year that were released.
3 tins of Cornell & Diehl Carolina Red Flake 2019
3 tins each of the Smokingpipes 20th Anniversary Blend: XX Flake and XX Flake Dark
1 tin of Macbaren Burley London Blend
2 tins Macbaren Old Dark Fired Plug
1 tin Samuel Gawith English Summer Flake
3 tins Samuel Gawith Spring Time Flake
Lots of different Christmas blends from various years and makers.

I was merely heeding the wisdom of my elders who proclaimed:

"Go now and gather the fruits of the field from far and wide whilst ye may.

For a shadow is spreading across the Land, and there will be great weeping and lamentation.

The fields will no longer bear a bountiful crop and the fruits thereof will stinketh.

And some keepers of the crop and tenders to it will bear false witness proclaiming there is no shadow
and abundance is better than ever.

And the true of heart will fold up their tents and head for the Zoo.

And prices will rise as quality falls

And the tax collector will carry out his grim task."
They've discovered a new book of the Old Testament! Praise the Lord!

I have a smattering of McClelland's blends. Not nearly as much or as many as I'd like. Definitely regret not going deeper on these when they were available. Also have some Bracken Flake a couple of Butera blends- Pelican & Kingfisher, that I think are out of production now. Haven't seen them anywhere for a long while.

I, for one, have never heard of it - when did it cease production and what happened to G.Smith & Sons I wonder? ?

Extinct the longest (and probably the most of the out of production blend I have) is about 6 ounces of George Washington by R.J. Reynolds. I bought a 14 oz. can from pipestud in 2017.

I also have tins of Frogmorton Cellar, McClellands Master Penman, Piper's Choice Black Tie, Odin's Wind by Viking, Dunhill Apertif and Standard Mixture Mellow. I also have some seasonal blends from 2015 & 2019 that are no longer available.
