Oriental your jars upright when your balkan up your cellar.

There is a lot of descriptive language in the tobacco end of this hobby that seems to allow for a lot of crossover, but as @LotusEater said, you probably want to focus on the ingredients and their ratio's.

I think 'aromatic' is an interesting one, it is the word commonly used to describe the intensity of tobacco aroma in the older blends, if you look back at old marketing on posters and tins. Now the word has morphed into being a way to categorize blends with an obvious amount of 'non tobacco' flavoured topping or casing, so when your oriental/blend with all those 'aromatic' spicy, smoky, peaty notes is really on top form, you can't describe it as aromatic in a review because it would create confusion...
Yep. Until I started buying online in the late 2000s, I had never heard of a flavored blend being called an aromatic. That term was always for Oriental and Latakia blends.

One is spelled with the letters "n", "e", "r" "i", "o", "l", "a" , and "t"

The other is spelled with the letters "k", "n", "a", "b", and "l"

That's it. Il n'y a pas de différence.
