Barrel aged Maple Old Fashioned. Been aging since Thanksgiving, just seemed like a good night to test the flavor.

Crown Royal Northern Rye. Don't let the name fool you. Great stuff at a nice price. For a rye, it's not very spicy, but it's a well-balanced, easy drinking whiskey.

I happen to be a big fan of Rye. A couple of note, imho; Whistlepig, Angel’s Envy, and a small local craft distillery has one called Royal Oaked Rye. Again, so many great choices out there!
