Don't waste your money. They have stainless steel blades that don't take an edge anything like a proper carbon steel blade will.
Of course the ultimate device for cutting plugs is a genuine plug cutter designed to do just that. Not made anymore but antique ones can be found.
I have yet to source one myself but I do scan Ebay weekly in the hope I might snag one.
