I am an expediter and dishwasher at a steak house. Both can be very busy, intense jobs at times. For those that don't know what an expediter does, I take the food out of the window when the cooks finish an order, then I put it on a tray. I make sure it looks good, has all it's sauces, sides etc. It's actually rather easy, but gets a little intense when I have 5 orders to tray up, and the window is full.
