Retired after 42 years as a pharmacy technician. Trained in the US Air Force and assigned to a tactical mobile hospital.
In civilian life worked in several medical center pharmacies implementing computer and automation systems. I worked for two IT companies developing and testing pharmacy computer systems. I traveled the country demoing and installing systems. Finished my career recently by preparing and distributing anesthesia meds to the surgery department of a local health system.
I had a good run considering the limitations of my profession.
