Pretty damn excellent. Draw and burn were perfect, even though this one, and about 9 others, arrived with wrapper damage. If the flavor was kinda rough around the edges compared to the one Vegas Robaina I've tried before, I chalk that up to its relative youth (this box is from May 2020).
Took today off to handle some family stuff. Trying out a CAO Flathead 660. So far so good. ?
Monte Christo White Series Vintage Connecticut. This is one of my favorite mild cigars. However this is the second from the batch which has construction issues. It is probably plugged (Very tight draw). However the burn line (so far) is not too bad.

Has anyone here smoked the H Upmann Half Corona, are they made in Cuba? Any good?

No, I haven't and yes, they are made in Cuba. This is exactly why I haven't had one, or any true Cuban made cigar as you can't buy them in the US.

Just smoked my first one ever. Rather tasty. Draw was a bit tight, but loosened up. Burn excellent. Tasted earthy and very nutty to me -- kind of reminded me of Vincent Manil pipe tobacco. They often say that particular tobacco has a cigar note, but I never really got the similarity before.
Anyway, Cajun, they may be Cuban, but you can still easily procure them at a decent price ($130 for a box of 25). They are puny however.
What is Community Coffee? I've seen a few folks reference it here. Is it a regional style or brand?
Yes and yes. If you like the Cuban Upmann’s I have found only slight taste differnces from size to size. That is one reason I like Upmann’s. You cannot say that about all Cubans.

It is a LA (state not city) ,coffee company that started in 1919. They are now available in groceries (at least in the South). They are a decent everyday coffee with several blends. I buy it when it is on sale to supplement the “good stuff” that I get sent to me from The Roasterie in KC.
