DBL Maduro, Atomic Ant. Nice smoke. Aroma is really pleasant, taste is medium full. Not too peppery for me. As I smoke it down it’s getting better. First 1/3 was not as good as the middle 2/3. Burn is a bit wonky two relights and some unevenness.

Perdomo Champagne Connecticut, Purito (4 x 38) shorter smoke time. I get the creamy, but a bit more pepper than I expected. Perhaps I judge too quickly I’m only in the first 1/3.

I see the damage to the wrapper at the head. How did it smoke? I remember some cigars liked this that looked manageable, others that unraveled in my hand.
It smoked well for the first half. Then it started to unravel so I threw it away. The first half was a good smoke though.
CAO Amazon Basin on a balmy -8 °F. I have taken a turn from smaller cold weather vitola as it's warming up.
