Cremant can be such a great value
So true. This one was quite excellent for the $20 mark. I'm not sure there's a better bargain in bubbly.

Highly recommended. Would love to drink this out of a proper glass at home. All i had was my coffee mug! :P

Paired it with a seafood spread from Cajun Greek in Galveston. Blackened oysters, grilled shrimp, catfish filet, stuffed blue crab, seafood gumbo, a couple hush puppies and dirty rice. Both were great...especially together. 👍
 
Here’s a interesting one. 2003 Fonseca Delicias from when they started making them by hand instead of machine made. Still has some life left in it wish i had more. These were very inexpensive cc back then maybe $40 a box of 25.View attachment 414416

Once the torrential rain cut out, back at the hotel, i got the chance to stroll a few miles along the now hot and sunny streets of south Houston. Great people out here. Several conversations cropped up just from being out and about with a cigar in one hand and a jar of mango nectar in the other, sleeves rolled up, sweat rolling down the arms and a big Texas smile on my face. Lovin' it.

This time a treat from my beloved Ybor City, Tampa. A full bodied Nicahabana. I believe this one is a Nicaraguan puro, if i'm not mistaken. Either way, it was a nice stick for the journey.
