That meerschaum is coloring beautifully!
Thank you. This one has smoked 44 cigars so far! I always thought a meerschaum cigar holder would color more quickly than a pipe, because there is no carbon barrier that is formed, which hinders the coloring. So far it looks like my theory may be correct.

I’ve had 5 of these now and 2 have been very good, I think it’s about a year and a half old. San Andres and PA broadleaf stick out too much on my palate unless well aged, but with the sweetness of this blend carrying the smoke I can see why it’s so loved, It’s got a hazelnut cream thing goin or like Nutella. Great stick with coffee.

Up at altitude this morning in the rain, I had a Carhart coat and hood this morning for the Polpetta from Dunbarton with coffee. This evening back home in shorts and a t-shirt enjoying a Crowned Heads 2022 Le Careme.
