Almost didn't smoke one today. Visited the Otolaryngologist and have a snootfull of medicine (I'm fine). Aside from a little numbness the medicine also opens the nose fully so everything was sorta amplified in a good way

Next cigar craze- everyone go out and get some Afrin. Take a few toots before your smoke. OK maybe not...
