Today we took a little excursion to the Columcille Megalith Park. Every Labour Day, there’s a parade of fire trucks from different areas around PA that runs a route through the borough while blaring their sirens. Firemen toss candy to kids and people line the streets with lawn chairs to gawk. Our favourite part of the parade is when the fez wearing shriners drive by in their miniature cars in the streets. The sirens are loud and stress the dog out, so we took a drive, picked up some Italian sandwiches and ate them in Stroudsburg. Here are some pics from the local “Stonehenge.”

Had an old Diana Silvius robusto earlier. Sorry no pic, but at about 20 years old, it was amazing with a persistent almond cream and mild spice.

Now, an 888. It's my favorite size for the Añejo and is pretty damned good in this Opus, though it is prone to producing tar at the head. I wish they'd release the Angel's Share commercially in the same vitola - they've done it for fundraisers before and it was a personal Top 10 cigar for sure.
