'16 Montesino Churchill while driving back from a conference today (hence no pic). Man, you want to talk about a nice cigar that transforms into a masterpiece after some aging, Fuente knocks it out of the park with this one. It had the best aroma I've smelled off a cigar in a year or more.

About 13 years young and ready to be torched. A masterpiece of Dominican tobaccer - age revealed so many complex layers to the traditional LFD floral, oaky, exotic wood character. There was a lot of fruity and musky sweetness for the first 2/3, and then it went all leathery and peppery. Enough nicotine to choke a horse, but it's a big damned cigar. I hope they make these again - these are much, much better than the Mysterioso, TCFKA Salomons recently released.

Chased it down with the last of some Havana Club 7.
