AVO Classic Piramide (AKA the frugal man's Davidoff) on the ride home from the office. I don't like driving the hour and a half there, but I do like the cigar on the ride home taking backroads. Fortunately, I only have to show my face there max once per week.
Was digging around in a cooler and found some 10yo 26’s
Sanj Patel SP1014 Lancero. I’ve been intrigued by the hype around Sanj’s blends for a while, so I was very excited to receive one of these. First 3/4” was pretty standard coffee and toasty flavors. I’ve hit a big transition to some delicious almond with a subtle spice on the finish. Color me impressed, so far.
I am deeply, madly in love with this cigar. I first had Dunbarton about 4 years ago, I had the Umbagog at a B&M, went back the next day and bought the rest of the pack. I just had the Mi Querida recently for the first time. I believe the Umbagog is basically reject Mi Querida’s, so that explains a lot.

I had the privilege of smoking a Foundation Olmec maduro today. Brilliant cigar. Lovely flavors. The burn was perfect. I smoked it down to my fingers and wished I had more of them. Definitely looking forward to getting more.
