Not a shabby cigar. The bunching was off, though, so it's burning lopsided. Shame at this price point - hopefully a one-off.

Recently there was a bear sighted in my neighborhood, so I hadn't smoked for well over a week. So tonight I figured I'd go with a Connecticut since I hadn't had any nicotine in some time. I had a White Star Pyramid, White Star is the house cigar of Rain City Cigar in Seattle. I've never been there (definitely on my to do list) but a nice grocery store in Olympia sells them so I figured I'd try one. Pretty much your typical beginner friendly Connecticut, but it smoked very well and I love the pyramid vitola.

The Monticello may be better than the MB3 for me. It's got that bold flavor right from the start, which is always great with a nice dark coffee.
