I suspect bargain blend ingredients change pretty regularly. I'm smoking a bowl right now. The quality of the tobacco is excellent. Very smooth, creamy even. Absoutely no bite. I think this is a burley based cavendish with some (perhaps very little) Virginia. It is also lightly aromatic but not cloying. More adventurous smokers may not be overly impressed with this fairly straightforward smoke. But I like well-behaved, smooth, and lightly sweet tobacco. I suppose one could add some V or latakia to make it more interesting. For me, it's great for what it is.
