Haha, no it is not an ideal clencher but with a can do attitude it can be done! I don’t know the exact dimensions as I got it at a local B&M, but this should be close:
Honestly it smokes as good as any straight billiard I've had. Takes a cleaner just fine and clenches comfortably. Decent $5 purchase if I do say so myself.

But..... you got my attention with the mention of beans and cornbread!!! One of life's pure pleasures. I remember Jonesin' for that combination so badly when I got out of college and moved to Kansas City. I called my mom and said, "You gotta talk me through making beans and cornbread..... I'm dying out here." Ha. She did and to this day I can make B & C that will make you want to just slap someone! Ha. I taught my wife how to make them and she is really good.
