Haven't posted in a while...life's been busy. I've been smoking various Wilke blends exclusively for the past month and haven't been disappointed by any of his blends yet. Smoking through a couple ounces of Rumcake at the moment.

More Mac Baren Vanilla Flake with my coffee tonight. I was planning on smoking Peterson Irish Flake every day this week, but the Irish Flake was really giving me one heck of a sore throat so apparently it's Vanilla Flake week now instead.

After months of periodical smoking I'm now close to finish the tub of Käpt'n Barsdorf's Bester blue (Kentucky), I'm smoking some in the MM hardwood, have a nice Tuesday good people!
Passing the first third of this bowl of Wilke No. 72 in a pre-1974 dark brown straight Larus & Brother Co. Signature billiard with a nickel band and a tapered black vulcanite stem with the initials LCR on the top of the stem. This blend was smoked by Walter Cronkite. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Working and listening to Vic and Sade from my radio collection.

A couple of minutes away from smoking year 2022 Watch City Blue Ridge Special in a straight smooth ebony post-WW2 LHS Sterncrest 91 bulldog with a sterling silver band, a diamond shank and a tapered black vulcanite stem. Daisy the Feral Princess wasn't hungry. Tomato the Brave is inside having a meal. Harry the Hairy ate outside. Haven't seen Abner the Eager this evening.

Just finished smoking year 2016 D&R Two Timer Gold in a 1982 smooth straight Sasieni Ivory 105 Apple with a black vulcanite saddle stem. This was my first Sasieni. Bought it at my local Tinderbox for $9.95.
Now smoking Wilke Little Round Top in an undated straight smooth brown pre-Republic Peterson’s Sterling bulldog 150 with a sterling silver band and a black vulcanite saddle p-lip stem.
Buttered Rum in a little Meer now with a dram or two of Woodford Reserve

Finished work for the day, and am smoking year 2018 D&R Windsail in a 2018 full bend smooth natural Peterson Sherlock Holmes Lestrade with a silver band and a black vulcanite saddle p-lip stem. Going to do a few things, including reading baseball box scores.
Near the half way mark of this bowl of year 2014 Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match in a very much appreciated 1979 brown, slight bend grain etched flat front Stanwell Rego 969-48 (09) with a black vulcanite saddle stem. I should be able to end the day with this smoke. Tomato the Brave must have had a busy evening because he's been extra hungry during the last feeding and the one he's currently having. Daisy the Feral Princess ate earlier, and is snoozin' on her blanket. Harry the Hairy's eating outside. Didn't see Abner the Eager.
