Balkan Sasieni in a registration era Stanwell shape #13
Off the the grocery store now but I’ve been enjoying Premier League soccer this morning while tending to my smoker.
Now smoking Ken Byron Ventures Verg 21 in a straight smooth brown 1920s (Comoy’s) Lions Head 123 pot with a black tapered vulcanite stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink.
Lunchtime bowl of St. Bruno RR in it's small tan Upshall smooth Dublin with flattened shank and stem. On deck is Wilke # 515 (a strange blend that, right now, I can't seem to get enough).
Almost a third of the way through this bowl of Peretti Blend W in a full bent black sandblasted post-WWII (Comoy’s) Gresham Magnum 816 cavalier with a tapered black vulcanite stem and bottom cap. First time smoking this pipe. Just had to find the right burley blend for it. Watching the Giants-Cubs game while matching a generous box of tobacco samples to pipes to smoke them in.
A quarter of the way through the last of this sample of Bjarne Flake De Luxe in a straight smooth brown year 1948 Parker Super Bruyere patent 23 88/F bulldog with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Already picked a blend to replace it in the Parker. A late lunch will follow this smoke.
