Just finished MacBaren HH Pure Virginia in an SMS Dublin meer. I am not about to load a Savinelli Spinosa 320 with some GLP Abingdon for my first try of that tobacco.

Today I tried some G L Pease Caravan in my new custom made bamboo pipe. The pipe is a sitter, tiny, but very smokable. A neat addition to my flock of pipes. Bamboo seems to be a viable pipe making material. I thought the Caravan would be a good match for the bamboo, and I was right. A very compatible, enjoyable pair.

The pipe and tobacco both arrived today, compliments of a couple of generous members of our forum.
