Hmmm... great minds... :D
Just finished a bowl of Amphora Black Cavendish myself. Smoked in a nice bit of Fero briar. My first try at the Amphora tobacco, I like it. While I was sitting here enjoying the evening view of the mountains, I thought about improving that poor crude pipe holder. Then I remembered my nice carving knives and dug them out. I have a Carving Jack, a wonderful tool for small carvings, a complete carving set in a pocket knife form. I also have an old pocket knife of my grandfather's that I converted to a razor sharp, dedicated carving knife. A couple of years ago I started dabbling in wood carving small things. I found a little guy in the knife pouch when I retrieved the knife. Must finish him some day. He is watching over the pipe in this pic. He says he needs a pipe.
