Never slept, so I got up and fed Daisy the Feral Princess and Molly, and am nearing the half way mark on this bowl of year 2016 Peterson 3Ps in a medium bent smooth walnut year 1987 medium bend Peterson 80S Bulldog Silver Spigot with a tapered black vulcanite p-lip stem.

Yesterday afternoon and evening on way to and from work: Lane 1-Q in a Vauen Olaf 4873 bent egg ... I really enjoy this tobacco. I originally read that Smoker's Pride Cherry Cavendish was the same as Lane 1-Q but now realize they are nothing alike. Lane 1-Q is 70% sweet Virginia (like newminster 400) and 30% (ish) english aromatic (vanilla caramel cavendish). It has a bit of a campfire flavor too at times. It reminds me of a very very very mild CS Hunting Creek.

About a quarter of a bowl left of year 2021 HU Directors Cut in a smooth medium brown slight bend 1950s Comoy’s London Pride 337C prince with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Then, I'll try to sleep again. Been enjoying quiet time reading about various things.

EMP in a Ser Jacopo with my espresso this morning.

Beautiful pipe my friend LotusEater. It is very vintage and elegant. I only have a Ser Jacopo, but I am amazed at the quality, how well they smoke, and the fantastic perfection these pieces offer. If I have to buy more briar pipes, once again it would be a Ser Jacopo.

This morning Newminster 400 Navy Flake in a Savinelli EF 128 Billiard with 6mm filter. Very tasty but it seems to burn faster when folded and stuffed so I may have to start crumbling it up more. Always smokes well and tasty but needs to be sipped slowly for true flavor. Still experimenting. Also this is my only straight pipe; I really prefer bents but thought I should have one straight in my collection/rotation. Have a good day all !

Thanks John
This is the only Ser Jacopo that I own. It is a Modica that I purchased recently at the Kansas City Pipe Show.
The Modica line are very affordable (especially estates). I’ve read both good and bad things about the quality of this line. The one I have is an excellent pipe well worth what I payed for it.
