Thanks, all went well. She lost ~130lbs back in '23 and has held steady at her current weight since. This was a consult for skin removal. She's now on the books for a procedure in September of next year.

Good for her. I cannot imagine what a life improvement that made for her. Says a lot about her that she has been able to keep it off.

We live about an hour North of Memphis and I've been working in/around the city for a decade or so. Next time you're close, let me know and we can hang for a bowl.

As for food, the list goes far beyond Broadway and Haddi's Tamales in my book. Central BBQ, Uncle Lou's Chicken, Soul Fish Café, Garibaldi's Pizza, Stack's, Gus's and so many more great options in the land of shooty-stabby. Just watch yo' back

New pipe day, and my first time smoking a meerschaum pipe. This little fellow is a miniature/tasting pipe from Pipes Depot on eBay, a shop that was recommended by @Chasing Embers. For its maiden voyage I rolled up half of a 507c Virginia Slice and stuffed it in there, and I have been slowly smoking it from this morning until now. So far, so very good!

Now smoking KBV B. Frog's Overdrive beta in a medium bend 2001 Ural lattice Rhodesian with a yellow with white swirls acrylic saddle stem. It'll be the final version, so I'm working on a review of it. Molly Danger came out to to use the litter box and eat. Harry the Hairy went to the kitchen, and I had to put him out because Molly hates him. It took me several minutes to calm her down because she was so upset at seeing him that she hissed and hissed and hissed and refused to eat. She's settled down now, and is in the den looking around. Sleepy Suzy is by my side.

At first I was like that’s a interesting Castello, ,but knew better that there isn’t a Castello that looks that damn good and definitely not one with that stem craftsmanship.

Hu Janneman Flake in a Castello 4 K Billiard and Diet Coke on the side.

Cut, rubbed out and Jarred 500g each of Bob’s Chocolate Flake, Bosun Plug and Louisiana Flake. Popped 2 Tins each of HU Janneman Flake, Makhuwa and Edward G for some air and dry time to get those into rotation for Patio & Fire Pit season.
