Absolutely, yes and yes. I've had it a long time, seems indestructible. It makes a very strong, smooth, espresso-like coffee. I usually top up with plain milk, about 50/50. You'll get the hang of it after a few brews. Trick is to heat slowly, so it just "dribbles" out the top -- you don't want it gushing and frothing everywhere. Watch some youtube videos on it!! There are so many "drop-dead-gorgeous" pipes that wind up on this forum.
I'll bet I am the only one that has some old cheap pipes that will never win an award on the pipe runway....
This is an old Roma bent that was a cheap buy 30 plus years ago, but I occasionally pull out and it actually delivers a good smoking experience. Afterall, we just want to burn dried plant leaves in them and taste the essence of the smoke they deliver....
Anyway, it's raining here (yaaay) and I am enjoying some Sansepulcro this morning. Can't accomplish much else so it seemed to be the thing to do.....
