Happy (Canadian) Thanksgiving All! Turkey in the oven, stuffing and gravy stock all ready. Feeling prepared for the onslaught of 12 family about to descend. Giving thanks to the tobacco Gods with my Blatter and Blatter bent billiard stuffed with one of my favs…Captain Earl’s Private Stock. Beezer is the drink.

Not yet. I admire yours. Thats probably the catalyst for wanting one. There was a black Rhodesian about six months ago on SPC that I slept on and missed it. I’ve been aggravated ever since. Much like you I enjoy stacks and Canadians.
How are you liking your new Ashton Canadian? Its a looker as well !
Check some of the Italian retailers too - there's some nice Il Ducas out there and his stems are fantastic.

The Ashton has been a pleasant surprise. It's been a great smoker since the first light and it's very light for its size - only 30g.
If the shank were the same circumference the entire length I probably wouldn't have given it a second look. The taper of the shank is what really grabbed my attention, and it leads to a much narrower stem.
