@Dave760 I was smoking GH Brown Pigtail twist in my clay pipe at the Redcoats & Revolutionaries event at Cromford Mill. A good tobacco choice for smoking a clay; Jason the blacksmith (who lights my pipe with an ember from his forge) says the twist smelled like 18th century taverns / alehousesHow prescient of you to say that.
