Just can’t waste tobacco so I’m powering through and pounding out some GH Rum Flake that was pretty dry on opening. Ran through a cob and briar. All the same kind of blah. Most recently in a Radice Freehand.

Smoked some Father Dempsey in the yard cobs while spreading 320 pounds of palletized lime on the lawn. Came in and ordered a Peterson Halloween pipe. I noticed that all of my Christmas pipes are Savinelli's and my Halloween pipes are Peterson's. 
Today's smoke is an exercise in "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." Sun Bear Mountain Flower again in the Larus & Brother Signature Dublin, because... it works!

Had the first freeze last night. As I do not, unfortunately, have a green house, gardening is over for this year. I covered the tomatoes. Had mostly already harvested everything else already. Smoked a small bowl of Mississippi Mud today. Mouth is still a little sore, but improving.
