Thanks. The pipe was kind of an experiment. It's meant to look like a soft boiled egg with the top cracked open. I think it was a decent idea, but I'm not 100% happy with the execution. And there are quite a few voids in the briar on the other side that you can't see in the picture, so it's now my "tester" pipe for when I'm trying something -- especially aromatics -- for the first time.

A third of the way through this bowl of early 2000s Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Watching Mad Dog Russo.
Having a go at an experiment. I like WCC Simply Red with added perique (15%, WLT that I process at home). I usually leave it as a ribbon and have tried a thick cake with good results. This year I decided to press it into a thin cake-flake, pressed for ~3 or so weeks. Smoking from one of my early pipe purchases, a Stanwell.
My favorite wake up, burley morning with coffee and cream. Today in an old Radice Rind.

Did a set of walking reps, and am close to finishing this bowl of year 2016 D&R Three Sails in an undated straight brush etched black Molina apple with a nickel band and a tapered black vulcanite stem.
Shifting gears and smoking Amphora Virginia out of my new cob.
I can’t fault it for anything, but I think I’m not quite at the level to fully enjoy unflavored/unsweetened Virginias yet. Much like with Opening Night.
