No problem! I get it! Variety and cohesion is tough but you are making it work!Thank you! I am particular and i like variety!
Earlier, I smoked a bowl of Erik Stokkebye 4th Generation Evening Flake in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson Ebony POTY 4AB No. 422/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem.

Then, I smoked a bowl of year 2012 Esoterica Dunbar in a smooth straight, dark brown early 1960s Lane era Charatan Selected 43 Dublin with a black vulcanite double comfort saddle stem. This pipe was formerly owned by actor William Conrad.

You'll win the battle, buddy!
It it working? great! I was not trying for cohesion across the entire collection, not that it’s that big, but focusing on sets within the collection. Really, the only significant one so far is my Satou’s, I’m working toward a 7 day set. I’d like to do the same with a few other artisans. I’m working with Abe Herbaugh on some more ideas to match my plateau tomato from him. Maybe a 3 pipe set from him. We will see, i change my mind a lot depending on what pipes I come across. No problem! I get it! Variety and cohesion is tough but you are making it work!
I just meant the uniqueness of each kind if tie them together if that makes sense. Definitely started looking at those makers works very cool stuff! It it working? great! Awesome, I love discovering a new carver I love. I haven’t found one that calls to me quite like Satou. I do love Gotoh and Tokutomi but those are never available, when they are, prices are sky high.I just meant the uniqueness of each kind if tie them together if that makes sense.
