Almost a third of the way through this bowl of Vauen Tradition No. 2 in a straight smooth brown 1980s James Upshall Walnut pot with a black vulcanite tapered stem. This pipe was made for reviewing blends. I should smoke it more often.

And Costas and Darling are always worth listening to.

Messing around with Frankenmixtures, in this case a VaBurCav: equal parts KBV Mr. Christian’s Brown Flek / Stokkebye 702 Burley / Wilke Rum Cake, in a Savinelli Canadian.

The Rumcake packs a flavor punch, even in these proportions. This mix oddly reminds me of Vernor’s Ginger Ale.
