IMPERIAL ITC (Imperial Tobacco Company) / IMPERIAL ITC and W.H (William Harrison) stamped on the mount with marks for Birmingham 1907
"The Imperial Company itself was formed in 1901 in response to an aggressive take over raid in Britain by American Tobacco and involved the pooling of tobacco retail outlets including closely related items such as briar pipes. In 1902 Imperial purchased the Salmon & Gluckstein retail empire, which included a section that finished briar pipes, originally made in France, for sale in Britain. It is this unit that became the fancy goods department within Imperial and, ultimately in 1921, the Civic Company. In 1928 Civic formed a key element in the merger with other producers and retailers that formed Cadogan Investments which still trades today."

+ W.O. Larsen SELECTED BLEND No. 30 DARK VIRGINIA:-
Gawith Hoggarth 8 year old Black XXX Twist in a Nording Freehand wrapped in my electric blanket reading the first book of the 'Lord Of The Rings' trilogy, The Fellowship Of The Ring.
A grand night for both.
Relaxing after a wonderful salad, orange roughy and asparagus dinner with a couple of bites of Cookies and Cream ice cream for dessert. I'm close to finishing this bowl of Hearth & Home Concerto in a 1986 three quarter bend Bacchus face CAO meer with a dark tortoise shell colored tapered acrylic stem. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink. The Red Sox just beat the Rays in 13 innings, so it's time to watch the White Sox-Astros game.
First time smoking year 1953 Edgeworth Jr. in a 2003 medium bent Ural meer with a lined and etched egg shaped bowl with a brown pearl acrylic saddle stem. I've been wanting to try this blend for years. Dry in the pocket tin, it hydrated very easily.
A third of the way through this bowl of Erik Stokkebye 4th Generation Evening Flake in a straight smooth brown 1950s Comoy’s Tradition 305 apple military mount with a sterling silver cap and a black tapered vulcanite stem.
Half way through this bowl of year 2016 Orlik Golden Sliced in a smooth brown medium bend Abbott 788 (Sasieni family era) author with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Been cleaning pipes as I watch the ball game, but I'm going to work before long.
Almost half way through this bowl of D&R Raccoon’s Accent in an undated straight smooth brown The Lumberman Special (Comoy’s) with a tapered black vulcanite saddle stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Listening to the ball game as I work.
