Then it was Anniversary Kake in a smooth 1981 Century full bend pipe, followed by the current Three Nuns tinned version in a medium bent straight grain Ardor Venere Extra signed by Dorelio Rovera. And now I'm getting a bowlful in before dinner of Dark Flake in a smooth Fero Danese Italy small calabash shape.

Tonight is a meerschaum and aromatics night as I just felt like it. First off, was Lane 1Q in a huge figured no-name meer. Next up, SG Grousemoor in Thompson smooth bent bulldog meer that is coloring up nicely. I'm smoking MacB's Honey and Chocolate right now in an old rusticated straight apple Barling meer and will finish the night after walking the dogs with Halfling's Leaf in a huge Pete system rusticated bent meer that I have just finished cleaning and buffing the stem. Not a bad night for a guy who rarely smokes aros. Don't know what came over me.

After dinner: year old Onyx in a medium bent meer with a lined and etched egg shaped bowl. Then Louisiana Red in a 2003 medium bend Nording 4, which was followed by Anniversary Kake in a 1979 Chippendale (Charatan second that smokes like a first) Rhodesian, which I'm almost finished with. Waiting are two MM cobs with Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match.
