My little Ropp J04 got beat and backed to backed like a cheap cob today.
First with some OJKB this morning emptying out a rat trap (I’ll spare yall that pic, and substitute my onlooker Bob)

Then stuffed it with Ryback+P running errands (no pic).

Then it got filled with PS Amsterdam Shag I’ve been considering trying and actually came across in a vape/cbd/smoke shop here in Casa Grande.
It’s not bad at all, I don’t think it’ll be replacing Ryback, 5Bros, or Kendal shags in my rotation, but a jar in the garage or a pocket tin in the truck may be a good spot for it.

SB, Sounds like the Ropp took it on the chin today with those back-to-back smokes.
Would that be considered "gangsmoking?"
Just curious............

I planned to score a couple tins to try at Nova last night but they’d disappeared by the time I put my order in🤨
That’s Ironic as I had a bunch of Janneman in my SPC cart myself and went to purchase this morning and because of the sale they’re out of stock now. 😂🤣 Just my dumb luck.
It’s fairly likeable especially with the way you and I process our flake tobacco.
A little dry time and it sings !
If we hit a dry spell and you don’t get ahold of any pm me and I’ll kick a tin your way. For the HU Lineup I liked this one off the bat same as EG, DC & Makhuwa. Just repeating my thoughts from before but Dark Moor took me a tin and some playing around to figure it out but once I did it became a keeper for me. Janneman might be one you’ll get into as it’s just enough Perique without it taking over the Fire cured VA’s which are worth being allowed to showcase themselves without being drowned out by the perique.
It does well with a little DFK added too.

Decided to get off the place today so I went to the big Tennessee Military Collectors show in Franklin, TN. It was pretty good and chock full of all things from weapons to uniforms to ammo, etc. I saw more M1 Garrands, Mausers, Colt 1911's, etc. than you can shake a stick at.
After feeding, I had a bowl of HU English Breakfast in a Bones nose warmer. Some Knob Creek bourbon to sip on the side.

Appreciate it, but I’ll probably be ok.
I’m looking to try it and EG (I’ll pass on DC, champagne taste/beer budget over here 🤣) based on our preferences being similar, as well as the same scenario with a few other members. Night Owl looks interesting too.
Dark Moor has become one I definitely like, to my goat palate it’s like a Kentucky Royal Yacht vibe.

Relaxing after a wonderful salad, chicken legs and sugar snap peas dinner. I'm not far from finishing this bowl of year 2012 Virginia Spice in a 1979 brown grain etched Lane Era Charatan's Make medium bend calabash shape 483DC with a black vulcanite double comfort stem. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink.
