***What Are You Smoking, November 2025?***

Good morning, all, from rainy, cool (50s) Ohio. I am (still) celebrating Everton's improbable but excellent win over Manchester United at Old Trafford yesterday with LJ Peretti Tashkent in a Castello Panel 55 with a Yeti of Starbucks Italian Roast. Up The Toffees!

Sutliff 507-C in the Vauen Olaf 4873 bent egg with 9mm filter just now. While smoking a Buck came out from behind the garage onto the hill side in full winter coat about 50 ft from me. It saw me smoking my pipe and stopped for a few seconds to determine if I was a threat before slowly continuing on its way. I counted at least 10 pts before it turned its head but it could have been 11-12 ! It was a very large deer. Its a residential neighborhood. Once again I didn't have a camera ! I have to start bringing a camera or phone with me I guess.

Savinelli Tortuga 106 packed with my Own mixture of OJKB ( courtesy of a guy on the forum) mixed with 10% Perique, 10% Izmir. Inspired by dottlejockey my hopes was to find something similar to Riverboat Gambler, and I'd say it's fairly close. I bet in a few months it'll taste even better, but I'm pretty well satisfied with it, it's smoking great. Enjoying a Pepsi, bout to spend the rest of my day in the car, might bring a stogie with me. Weathers perfect

A third of a bowl left of year 2024 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Fed all the cats. Tomato the Brave and Norton the Nosey played for about a minute, but as soon as I got m'lady's cell phone to take pics, Tomato walked away and went out. He doesn't understand what I'm doing, but doesn't like it when I take photos of him. The other two ferals are snoozin'. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

Follow Up: I went out just now during a work break to finish a second bowl of Sutliff and there is an 8 point Buck on the hillside with a Doe. This one has a winter coat almost filled in; the Doe is feeding. I'm guessing the young Buck got the Doe!
Life goes on ... again without a camera. !!! P.S. There is a deer trail all along the back stone wall across the property. The Buck is resting on the hill in front of a tree ... lying down like a dog.
