Fedex delivered a package from France today, containing the Christmas pipe I decided on for this year. So now I'm enjoying the first smoke of a Chacom Christmas 2025 bent brandy. I decided on '23 GLP Maltese Falcon for the occasion, paired with a warm mug of glühwein. Couldn't ask for more!

It is so nice to have a ginormous jar of a favorite tobacco just there to be smoked. Sometimes I feel compelled to work through all the open tins/jam jars full of stuff here. This big jar of SPC Plum Pudding in gotnat the muletown show is my buddy. I can smoke it whenever I like since it is in my "open tin" section.

Puffing on some Three Nuns in my brand new "I don't need a new pipe but I wanted to try the wintertime reserve so I guess I'll get a new pipe" Peterson Aran paneled acorn. It's a lovely little pipe and it seems to like Virginias so I think we'll get nice and acquainted over this winter. Tomorrow or Friday I'll test out the Nording I got.

Ice water and bergs is my drink. Took out trash and recycle since Thursday will be the day to take them to the street. I was followed by Tomato the Brave, who wanted some attention after he ate his wet food, and went back out. Daisy the Feral Princess has stayed in so far. Still haven't seen Harry the Hairy since early this day. Norton the Nosey is lying on a catnip sock in the den. Sleepy Suzy is by my side. Molly Danger is on m'lady's lap.

A minute or two away from smoking year 2012 Esoterica Dunbar in a smooth straight, dark brown 1960s Lane era Charatan Selected 43 Dublin with a black vulcanite double comfort saddle stem. This pipe was formerly owned by actor William Conrad.
