Briar Fox in a Jirsa 210. I'm trying to limit smoking blends with Perique because of gum irritation. I really like Perique but have been smoking almost exclusivly Perique heavy tobaccos.

Aged Mac Baren club blend in a Savinelli St Nicholas 121ks. Pipe is packed utilizing the Per Jensen method for coins or roll cakes. “Take 3 coins and stack them, fold in half and push into bowl. Repeat with 3 more until pipe is loaded accordingly to size of chamber. Works like a charm.

C&D Autumn Evening in a Radice Silk Cut Oil Cured Rhodesian with the gold barley Rollagas. It’s my first time trying this blend, and it’s very good. All day type of smoke, for sure.

Thanks for the consideration, the heat is on(natural gas), the backup natural gas “wood” stove is functional, the well is insulated and I’ll plug in the warming wire/heat tape for it in a few weeks probably. Hope all is well in your neck of the woods. Stay warm and smokey!

A bowl out of my first pouch of Paladin, which isn't too shabby for an otc, in a MM legend I found in a dusty corner at a tobacco store for $6.99.
First go with Peterson SH Strand PSB and some C&D Wintertime Reserve Professor. Great all the way around. A shout out to all who served and their families!
Even more to it - he was instrumental in getting three of those pipes (each a different variety) that inadvertently were mixed up in shipping to the proper owners, along with help from the supplier. Just so happened all three owners were members of either or both of two pipe forums and we all managed to sort it out - still grateful to Jim, the supplier and the other members.Indeed! More than answers them -- what an incredible story. Thank you for pointing me to that!

Amphora Virginia in a pre-Cadogan Comoy's Sandblast Medium Billiard with morning coffee. No fruit on the nose from the jar note this morning, but warm toast with honey-butter was the rich, full scent. Funny how a nose can interpret different things on different days.
