RIP Shane MacGowan, what a tragic loss of one of the greatest singer/songwriters of our time. Fairytale of New York is the greatest Christmas song ever in my opinion and I hope he’s singing it now with Kirsty MacColl in the afterlife.

First time I heard MacGowan was when he sang "Good Rats" with DKM. I picked up on his music after that. What a unique talent he was. Sad to hear of his passing. That's a proper Irish tribute
