I took six leaves of bright Virginia, and wrapped it in one leaf of dark air cured, put it in a plastic bag, then compressed it into a hard 'carotte' with fiber tape, and left it on a hot bus heater for 8 hours or something. Smoking it in an old Peterson.
That sandblasting is gorgeous!2008 Escudo in a Larrysson Dublin.
Almost half way through this bowl of D&R VIP in a 2004 smooth long shank Trever Talbot Ligne Bretagne Faite en Bretagne 4/3 lumberman with a black vulcanite tapered stem.
It says Made in Ireland in a circle with the in in the middle. And the number is 240, no letters.
Enjoyed a tasty golden delicious apple, and my last smoke of the day is the last of my stash of year 2010 STG Schippers in a 1977 straight black rusticated Sir Brent 253 billiard with a silver band repair and a brown pearl grey acrylic tapered stem. Going to miss this blend.
It's a good pipe, man.

Post vote smoke - C&D Star of the East Flake in a Rusticated Savinelli Solaria Bent Dublin 611EX with coffee.
I am finding Star of the East to be reminiscent of McClelland Blue Mountain/Balkan Blue. I have not smoked any Blue Mountain in a few years so my memory may be off. Anyone else find the two blends similar?
