Since it’s a new month, let me explain what Cosmic is. Peter Stokkebye Luxury Twist Flake 50/50 with Luxury Navy Flake. I cut the flakes with scissors to about 1/2” and “tease” them together rather than rub out. They seem to “draw” better that way.
