Whole leaf blend.
I mixed a couple of my blends(a vaper ribbon and a va/ky/or flake together to attempt something like macbarens acadian perique (which I haven't tried)
12.5% perique
31.5% stoved red virginia
9% stoved bright virginia
18% black stoved red and bright Virginia
20% kentucky
9% prelip oriental
A nice full as complex as many full English blends. Minus the latakia. The nutty and chocolate qualities of the kentucky are apparent backed by a base of tangy sweetness from the virginia and perique combo. The oriental adds a floral musty aroma and a bit of a woody taste. A little spicy and decent strength to back it all up. I've been experimenting with some kentucky virginia oriental blends but just got my perique from WLT and thought to just go for it and smash these two blends together. I'd have to say I'm pretty please with the result. Lots of different shades of the various tobaccos meld to create some interesting tastes and aromas during the course of a bowl. Through my lattice billiard Altinay meerschaum.

HU Dockworker in a Baglan claw and egg meer, again. Not a complex blend but dependably robust and enjoyable. Bowl #147 through this slowly coloring pipe.

Earlier today, Elizabethan in a Rossi bent pot, and now C & D Constellation in a Savinelli bent pot. First time smoking this one. Enjoying it thus far.
Thanks to @tfdickson I now own a birth year 1986 Ashton Pebble Grain XXX Billiard. My first smoke in it and I went with 50/50 FVF & Kendal Kentucky. Gratifying!
Relaxing after a wonderful salad, chicken legs and asparagus dinner with orange slices for dessert. Now smoking year 2005 Sam Gawith Kendall Plug in a much cherished smooth straight grain three quarter bend 1979 Becker M 4 heart brandy with a black acrylic saddle stem. Watching Libeled Lady with Sleepy Suzy by my side. Molly is snoozin' on m'lady's lap. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink.
