Now smoking HU Directors Cut in a smooth straight Lane era Charatan Executive Extra Large stretch apple with diagonal channel cuts on the lower right and left of the bowl along with a black vulcanite double comfort stem. This pipe was formerly owned by actor William Conrad.
I listen to his Gunsmoke radio shows every day on Sirius Radio Classics. He was a great actor. Born to play Marshal Dillon
Conrad was instrumental in developing the Dillon character as well as naming Doc Charles Adams (after the cartoonist, though his first name was changed to Galen on TV). You can listen to most of the run at archive.org.
