Just finished smoking year 2010 Sam Gawith Best Brown in a straight smooth patent era 1952 Dunhill Bruyere ODA apple 806 B124 with a black vulcanite tapered stem. Been watching the four hour 1967 CBS documentary on the JFK assassination. Today marked 55 years since the sad event happened.

Earlier, it was 2012 Virginia Spice in a 2004 smooth long shank Canadian Trever Talbot Ligne Bretagne Faite en Bretagne 4/3 with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Now, it's Angler's Dream in a slight bend 1984 Stanwell Antique 124 grain etched with a smooth front with a black vulcanite stem. This will finish my smoking day.

I keep a 4 or 5 two oz plastic sandwich meat tubs beside me with different blends from my 'cellar' and when they get toward the bottom, I combine them, typically, and if needed add a little broader cut tobacco that will offset the smaller texture of the remnants and help it burn without clogging. (I also keep 4 or 5 active 16 oz.tubs available with their own blends)
Anyway, I'm smoking a bowl of mixed non aromatic tobacco, just burley, VA and Turkish, in a small straight apple meer.

(note: no Latakia or Perique in this particular batch)
