Farmer's Gold 'smooth' with added Perique in a MM Pride using a Barling replacement 'military mount' stem I had to modify to make comfortable because my 'stem guy' didn't bother to do any finish work other than polish the new 'blank'.

The button was huge and sharp edged. A little dremel, file and micro mesh work made it much more comfortable.

Part way through this bowl of Granger in the third pipe I ever bought ($1.95), a 1974 smooth straight French briar Hadley Apple with a black vulcanite stem. This will finish my smoking day and my stash of Granger.

D&R London Dock in a Roger's Standard smooth straight apple, a hidden gem in a 'group' estate buy intended for the racks in the deal.

A rare aromatic smoke for me. I find it very similar to another aro, SWRA, but maybe more flavorful. I have no idea what the flavoring is, but to me, there seems to be a cherry note. Smooth and easy burning with no goop and a mild to medium nic content.

The Roger's apple is small so I don't use up this tin too fast.

Tilbury in the Pipe Dan Shape Reformed 35-666.

Chamber is no more than a hair over .5" but I've got a tamper that works for it. Nice, light and jaunty smoker.

Half way through this bowl of Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem. A bottle of Cheerwine made with pure cane sugar is my drink. Watching Mad Dog Russo.
