Just opened a tin of Squadron Leader I found at a B&M and packed a bowl into my Peterson Aran 105. It’s my first go with this blend. I’m glad I didn’t decide to cellar; when I opened it, I found the seal was already compromised. Damn box-shaped tins! Good blend, though.

Relaxing after a wonderful salad, chicken legs and green beans dinner with strawberries and pineapple for dessert. I've about a quarter of a bowl left of year 2013 FVF in a 2002 three quarter bend light brown sandblasted Ardor Urano Fatta A Mano eight sided paneled shaped bulldog sitter with a black acrylic saddle stem. Just wanted a long, enjoyable smoke while watching the ballgame with Sleepy Suzy on my lap. Ice water and bergs is my drink for now.

Sutliff Match BSOM in a Kaywoodie Flame Grain Canadian. Just shy of 8 inches long. I'd estimate the age to be 1940s, perhaps late 1930s.

Not far from finishing this bowl of Watch City Mr.B’s in a straight smooth dark brown 1933-40 Medico Frank patent 1967585 bulldog with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink. Working and listening to the MLB talk on the XM.

Celebrating Miles Davis' 96th birthday a day early with a spin of Big Fun (1973) and a bowl of Sutliff 507C VA slices in my MM mini-cob, as the sunlight disappears. Again, no bird report, but there are a couple bats zipping around in the fading twilight (no robins!).
