Orlik Golden Sluce in my Caminetto Business #143 KS with acrylic stem. I,very gad this pipe since 1973, given to me by Caminetti's regional salesmen when I worked at Diebel's Pipeshop. My drink is Cutty Sark Prohibition Edition, needed after a day of hard work in my gardens.

Now semi enjoying a bowl of GH&Co Coconut Twist in the same James Upshall with a little White German Shepherd hair in the mix. OK, I spilled the tobacco and cleaned it up but got some dog hair in there which I missed when cleaning it up. You would think it would totally ruin the bowl but it doesn't. It only ruins it about 25%. As I've said before, Coconut Twist has no coconut taste. It's just brown rope and they show a picture of Hawaii to the ladies while they twist it. So the dog hair doesn't mute the nonexistent coconut taste, it just tastes like crap for a second while the hair burns up.

So my advice to cheep bastard like me with dogs, if the tobacco hits the floor, just let it go man. Just let it go. Unless it's a codger blend, in which case it's going to taste like crap anyways so smoke away.

Got a little chip of plastic in my pipe last week. It ruined the whole bowel of Orlik GS. You were lucky to save 75%. Yes, you do cuss a little!

A quarter of the way through this bowl of year 2016 D&R Three Sails in an undated straight brush etched black Molina apple with a nickel band and a black tapered vulcanite stem. Time to do some walking reps.

PS Navy Flake in Peterson Premier System 307. GEC15. Good smoke but too long. 1 1/2 flake fold and stuffed. Very little dottles left. Still over 90 min was little too long for enjoyment.

As a connoisseur of pet hair I have to say that cat fur is far superior to that of the German Shepard when combined with any tobacco. However I agree with you when you say just throw the shit away. ?

After spending the morning cleaning in my garage (I had a bowl of Newminster 400 while doing so) I'm now relaxing on the the back patio and breaking in my new freehand blasted snail by carver Yang Kun and having a glass of A de Fussigny Selection Cognac:





Kicked the pool heater over to spa to top up it's temperature while I smoke. Enjoying this smoke a lot but can't wait to hit the pool!
