Almost a third of the way through this bowl of year 2013 Capstan Blue in a post 2007 Castello straight brown Sea Rock KK US made in Cantu (Kimo) apple with a tapered black acrylic stem.

A mongrel mix of about 60% Gawith, Hogarth & Co. Dark Flake and 40% Seattle Pipe Club Plum Pudding in a Castello Sea Rock KK 35. I wish there were more commercial blends that combined a bit of Latakia with some higher strength tobaccos...

Enjoying a nice after dinner bowl on the deck of MacBaren HH Old Dark Fired in a Castello Old Antiquari shape 55. A nice three finger pour of Uncle Nearest on the side, and I must say this pairs extremely well with the Old Dark Fired. Hope everyone is having a great evening!

PS Luxury Bullseye Flakes (coins) in a Mogen Johnasen Joh's slightly bent blast diplomat. Bullseye Flake benefits from some age, but once matured, it's a refined smoke. Joh's pipes are good pipes that fly perpetually under the radar but reward those who discover them.
