I'm currently drying out a bit of SG Skiff that's about to go into a MM Washington. I'm still deciding on whether to pair it with a black coffee or a bottle of beer I was given. I'm a hint worried about the beer as it's got honey and peach added to it and I'm firmly in the camp of malt, hops, yeast and water is ALL that should be in beer.
